I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to make a appointment to get my yearly exam and they were booking 3 weeks out, the day before my appointment I never got a reminder and couldn’t remember if my appointment was at 10:30 or 11. I called as soon as they opened at 9:30, Kerri informed me my appointment was actually at 10, I live about 40 minutes away so was going to be a little late she told me that was unacceptable and I needed to reschedule, they couldn’t get me in for another 4 weeks, I didn’t have enough contacts to last me, I asked if I could purchase a box or pick up a couple strips to get me by, Kerri was unbelievably rude told me I should already be out of contacts and that I would just have to wear glasses, which I don’t have. I talked to her a couple times trying to work something out bc I literally can not see w/o them. She was so unprofessional and lacked any sort of customer service. I called again to let them know how disappointed I was with the service talked to another girl who wasn’t much better. I’ve been a customer for 13 years and the girls in there have always been so nice and very helpful. Clearly the new staff don’t have the same qualities. They don’t care about their customers.

Do NOT go here. They gave me wrong contact prescription, I ended up getting allergic conjunctivitis and permanently wake up with a bunch of crud in my eyes for the rest of my life. Should of sued them. Blonde "Lady" at the counter told me there was no such thing as allergic conjunctivitis, i was making it up because she's been there for 15 years and "knows everything" even though another Doctor confirmed it. They wanted to charge me for another eye exam to fix the problem LMAO. Thanks alot for ruining my eyes for life

Best place to go for eye care! Sarah is one of the most helpful people I've ever met. She's patient, kind, and highly knowledgeable. She makes everything make sense and goes above and beyond to help you. I could not be happier with the outstanding customer service she provides at every visit!!
