Earlier this summer we had a nightmare of an experience with a different pool company. Pools Plus Inc saved us!! Despite being in the midst of a crazy busy summer schedule they squeezed us in. From the very beginning Adam was extremely helpful in providing info - giving options & advice - and came out the very next day to measure for our inground pool vinyl liner. Our pool is old - and changes we made to it made for a very unique situation. This company is reliable and shows up when they say theyll be there - communication was great - very responsive to messages & always updating us on what was going on throughout the whole process. Austin and his guys did a great job replacing some jets/main drain & installing the liner. It turned out absolutely beautiful and we couldnt be happier with the end result! Thankful to have an awesome local company on hand for our pool needs - we have been and will continue to highly recommend them! Also - check out their pool crew bios on their website - so good.

Came in yesterday morning as store was opening to help a friend in the hospital take care of his pool. Zero clue on how to do it. The guy opening on the 11th answered every question precisely. Made sure I was taken care of without hurry even with someone else waiting behind me in line. The quality of service from that guy was beyond amazing. That's a employee you can't afford to loose. We just started using Pools Plus this year. They do a thorough water analysis and we have had great service and success. Especially with Jonah who has been very knowledgeable and helpful. Service: Swimming pool water analysis
