Brent, I apologize you were unhappy with your bill. I wish you would have asked or come to us with questions so we could have went over your bill with you if you had questions. We always want our customers to be happy with our service. If you would have asked we would have explained that yes it took less than an hour, actually .82 Hr, but there was 2 employees working on the job, which comes means there was 1.64 hours of labor to bill, as well as they were asked to fix your charge line which they fixed also, so you were billed for 1.75 hours of labor for the job. Again we wish you would have asked or mentioned you were un happy so we could have explained or discussed with you farther and had the chance to make it right. Again we want nothing more than for our customers to be happy with the work we provide. We are always willing to work with customers to make sure they are happy with our service and their bill.
