        I cannot recommend Nicole at The Pink Door enough. I put 100% trust in her artistic talents and couldn't be happier with the results. She did a fabulous job! What a wonderful, warm environment. If youre on the fence about powder brows, they are the way to go! Thanks again!

        I had my brows done and even after the second session they faded away in less then two months. A huge huge waste of money. I am extremely disappointed and angry that I wasted so much money for nothing. Now I am just doing the eyebrow tinting and that is less money even if you do it once a month for a year. Services: Eyebrows, Eyebrow tattooing

        First time ever having brows done. Sparse and needing much shape, fill and design. Left with awesomely shaped brows looking natural and feeling great Week 2 and brows have significantly faded.its ok as Im Looking forward to the much needed follow up/ touch up appt. What a fantastic eye for shaping and design Nicole has. Cant wait for final results. Will share pics once touch up and completion is done. Services: Eyebrows, Microblading, Powder brow styling

        Worst treatment I have ever received from a professional, and two days before Christmas! I cried! I could not believe I had been turned away after making an appointment in July! The owner spoke with me in such a rude and arrogant manner that my husband and I couldnt believe it! I am sure there was a better way she could have handled it! My eyebrows were not perfect, I would think as a Christian kindness is much more more important, that cranking out perfect work every hour! Especially, every customer is different! ( maybe not) God forbid my eyebrow was blended in a spot! I praise God I am healthy! I will never forget that day, and I pray I will never treat another human like that. I am trying to get this sad feelingness out of my mind - like I did something wrong! I guess I opened the Pink door! Service: Eyebrow tattooing

      It is always disappointing when someone goes right to social media to rate something that is not related to anything that can be done by the person offering a service. I enjoyed our visits and I we both knew the challenge with the skin type that was occurring and neither of us could control. This is the tough part. We were hopeful and it looked amazing to both of us . I am sorry it is not holding. I agree that is disappointing. I did however, work hard on shape and color and I did everything I could to create the perfect brow. Unfortunately, do to each individuals skin , age, metabolism, health, personal healing there are many unknowns. I always give my best. Sometimes, this process isn’t ideal for everyone. This platform is not always the place to fairly evaluate the results or treatment.

      It is unfortunate that you see things that happened that day in such a negative light. The intention was not to come across rude or arrogant . You made the appointment in July but upon coming in to see me for a touchup you had not informed me that you had seen another artist in Florida who had filled in your brows solid with shading. The policy of my practice is that I will not work over another artist work. This is not an uncommon policy for many artists as the shape and ink get changed and the saturation level is such that we cannot do micro blading over that new style. We do not know what ink was used and once shading and powder brow is done the microblading technique cannot be done over the area to get a good professional result. Without knowledge of you going to another provider and having something done I could not offer my service that day. However, had I known in July I would never have scheduled an appointment. I only had an hour scheduled and I cannot professionally in good conscious do a service that I know cannot be done with a good outcome and could potentially have unsatisfactory results as much as a client wants me to still work over the brow area just because they want it done. I have to do what’s right for the situation which often leads to clients being upset with me and very disappointed and for that I am ready to receive the negative feedback. If it came off rude or I seemed set in my decision that is because I have to stay firm but I certainly was not trying to be rude and for that I apologize. You did nothing wrong it’s just the nature of tattooing and how the ink moves and how policies have to be followed. Brows are cosmetic and I am certain your current artist will be happy to maintain them as you stated being healthy and happy is the most important. I apologize for hurting your feelings by not being able to do the brows it is just the policy no one’s fault. I would never intentionally hurt anyone.
