      Edit: I dont need for you to diagnose my car over the phone or explain to me how the air conditioning works. I needed a quote for work recommended by another shop, which I asked for multiple times.

      So, lets get the facts straight. You called me and asked if we could install an evaporator core into your 2010 Focus. I mentioned that it was an expensive repair, and you said "I know, but I don't want my car to catch on fire" which was a weird thing to say. So, I wanted to get more information to make sure you didn't have any other issues, and was also explaining how an air conditioning system works. You literally cut me off mid sentence, and said "I will just call someone else" and then hung up. I think someone trying to figure out why you thought your car would catch on fire is a logical procedure, but given the direction our first conversation went, I am happy you decided to go elsewhere. This is a ridiculous review given what actually transpired.
