        These guys have HORRIBLE customer service! Been trying for MONTHS to get a response for deliveries, but no one returns our emails or our calls. Only human person you ever get to talk to is the receptionist. You always get the salesman's voicemail. Very Very Frustrating!

        This company also makes Ramco sanders. NEVER BUY ONE! If it ever breaks they will not call you back and don't return emails. I have been trying to get parts for this machine for over a month and have sent multiple emails and called over a dozen times. Never have I gotten to talk to anyone other than the secretary and never received a call back. My production has been down and they DON'T CARE.
