Schepers Lawn Sprinkling

Had them install and service sprinkling system. Install was great. Yearly service was poor. Missed busted heads, incorrectly aimed heads, etc multiple times. They blamed me. Needless to say Ive found better folks and just moved on. Beware. * Not a fake review... contrary to the claims of the business reply. Have to change from a 2-star review to a 1-star for their lame attempt to dismiss a fair and accurate assessment of their business service.

Very responsive, high quality, super professional and fair. Also, they accidentally cut my cable line (it happens) and I contacted them the next morning about it and within the hour they were out to my house, found it and fixed it. This kind of customer service is so appreciated. Its not worth skimping on systems you use daily to save a few dollars. Plus, they were one of my best bids despite being one of the most well known companies. This is the second time I have used them for system installation. Happy each time. Highly Recommend Schepers they installed our underground sprinkling system on June 1st, 2023. The service Tech who came out to quote was knowledgeable and friendly. The crew they sent did an excellent job taking care each step of the way with our yard and it looked like they had never been there when they were done. The system works perfectly and our grass has never looked better. As a side note, it was a very hot day and I thought it spoke volumes when then owner of the company dropped off Cold Water for his crew, now that's a man who cares about this Employees. Take care of your employees and the business will take care of itself.
