        I had my older lawn tractor picked up after running over a piece of aluminum edging and doing damage to the bagger impeller. Since it would be in for repair, I also requested annual service. After 10 days of hearing nothing, I contacted Greenmark Jenison and was told they were backed up and maybe next week they could examine it to see what problems it may have. This concerned me because it had already been at Greenmark for 10 days. After expressing my concern and explaining I had no means to cut my lawn, I received a call within two hours and my machine had already been inspected. We agreed on what would be done and at what cost. To my surprise, everything g was completed and my tractor delivered today which is one day later. Their response to my needs and prompt attention gave me great satisfaction of this company. I highly recommend but make certain you know timing because they have a lot of business. Great job Greenmark Jenison.
