We had a great experience with the team from Absolute Concrete Coatings. They were timely, professional and did a stellar job in our garage. Hands down would recommend them to everyone we know!

1/3/24 This is an update on the review I wrote on 12/26/23. Davin replied and said he would call. It has been 5 days and he has NOT. He said one issue was that we are "over two hours away". We are exactly 91 miles from them, not 2 hours. Yes, I believe a big issue is they don't want to fit in the travel. Don't hire this company if you live away from Jenison! No service for the high cost!

12/26/23: We had our floors done in September 2022 and they are beautiful with one very obvious flaw that was discovered after framing and drywall was finished. Our initial call to identify this needing attention was in April 2023. We were told our name would go on the service schedule. We never heard back until we called again in September. We sent a picture and had an appointment time on 9/28/23. We waited for them all day and finally we called that night to see what occurred. The salesman, Davin, gave us Trevor's number to call. Trevor said that a "job went sideways" and he would contact us early the following week to reschedule. Seven weeks went by and we called 6 times throughout the day on November 20 with no
answer. Trevor asked for another picture. We heard from him again on November 24 with a promise to be up the next week. It is now December 26 with no further word from him. I can give more stars if this is ever resolved.
UPDATE: 1/3/24: Davin said he would call 5 days ago. He has NOT! We are 91 miles from them, not 2 hours! Be warned that the service here is nowhere near what you would expect for the money paid!
