I went into the Jenison Verizon store looking to upgrade to a new phone today. My phone was older & I dropped it today causing a crack. I worked with Jesse & he was so awesome. He was so helpful & friendly. Sometimes getting a new phone can be a draining process but Jesse made the time go by quick. I even brought in a book to read & I barely opened it. We talked about our families, sports, music, etc. It definitely made the time go faster. The other sales associates seem to be very friendly with the customers they worked with as well. I had a great experience & bought a new phone so definitely 5/5 stars from me.

Ben and Jesse are the customer service rock stars. Anybody can do the normal phone service. When things don't go right, they are the guys you want. They will stick with it for you!!! They both went way above all expectations!!. I'm so glad I went to Verizon.
