        We have been looking for a hot tub for awhile. We had almost decided on one but decided to go look at Zagers. We were so pleasantly surprised that they just started carrying another line. A line that fit all of what we wanted. Mira hot tubs. Bryan was a great sales person. He assured us that any problems with the hot tub would be taken care of. We'll the first night we were in the hot tub all the water drained completely. Zagers sent a spa tech, Craig out the next day. He found out what was wrong and started fixing it. Within 30 minutes we receive a phone call from the service manager Steve. They said they wanted to offer us a new hot tub because of what happened. They stood behind what they said! The manufacturer did not want problem tubs with customers and stood behind that. I have never experienced such amazing customer service!!! Thank you to Zagers for standing behind your products. I will always be referring potential customers your way! Way to go. I truly can't say enough what you did for us!

        Great service and very friendly staff. We didn't end up buying a tub from Zagers but that was only because we found a tub configuration that we liked way better at a different place.
