        I was expecting a long wait after everything I read based on reviews. But they took me right away and loaded me pretty quickly. The only thing its that my back hurts after pushing the security rails around my trailer.

        It sure seems they don't mind making the truck drivers WAIT. Be prepared to wait 2-3 hours to get unloaded!!! MOST truck drivers don't get paid hourly, so it seems the hourly workers at Jackson like to drag along because it doesn't matter to them how many hours the truck drivers have to sit!!! Sad way to run a business!!! Truck drivers have families to get home to as well!!!!
