So glad to have Mr Rooter tech come to my house to clean out my sewer line. Very professional and very friendly. Definitely 5 star service. The price was reasonable. I recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone that needs sewer line cleaned. The father and son that came out we're really good. It's not the company that really matters it's the plumber that truly matters on how well the job is done.

We all know plumbing is expensive no matter what you do. We had a devastating week of one issue after another with our home. They sent out Jeremy, there master plumber. It definitely depends on the plumber, not the company. He was lighthearted and knew how to make the whole situation hurt a little less. He was respectful of our home and showed us compassion for our situation. When you call, ask for Jeremy. You will always be disappointed by the cost, its plumbing guys, but you can at least hope for a HUMAN BEING to come do the work for you.
