        Arrive 10 minutes early to wait 20 minutes after appt time to be called back.. then sit in the room another 20 minutes before the Doctor comes in... get it together. If a place of business is running this far behind please inform the parent or patient. That allows them to choose to stay or reschedule. Do better Henry Ford !

        Reception team only reason getting low rating at all. Between them calling non stop or calling wrong primary number for the off the account. They were incredibly un professional in lobby where could be seen and heard through the glass, making unprofessional political jokes , and other remarks that could be heard in patient lobby. The rest of staff were great
