Rider Oral Surgery

Made my experience better than I could've imagined when compared to past experiences at other facilities. Kind gentle staff, and caring for your needs. High-five to all.

Dr. Rider was super quick and efficient for my wisdom teeth extraction. Her and her assistant made me feel very comfortable. However, 2 weeks later during my follow up I found that a piece of gauze had been left in one of my tooth sockets causing me to have to take another round of antibiotics to prevent an infection. Additionally, the communication at this office is not the best. I was not given any pre-surgery instructions from Dr Rider such as not to eat or drink the morning of-I had to call and ask about how I should prepare. They also called me the morning of asking if I was going to sleep or not when I had already told Dr Rider during my consultation I wanted local anesthetic only. Need to work on reading patients notes.

I wasnt a patient yet they got me in and extracted two bad teeth! They are wonderful toward patients and I enjoyed the choice of music they offered

I wasnt a patient here, yet they got me in for urgent extraction of two teeth. They were professional, caring and made sure I was taken care of!
