        Been trying to get in there me my sister who is mentally disabled and my 2 living kids been trying to get in there for a couple of months now I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone yet

        I use to absolutely love this program. It saved my life honestly but the last 3 months have been the worst. I have been awaiting responses for over 6 weeks, I have to hunt down, leave messages on cars, call every employee, and have a mental break down before I get a response from soneone saying they'll call me. I'm still waiting..... My kids and I have been homeless for 3 months and I've been in the program 4 years. I have never felt so helpless. Please do better because people's lives literally depends on it.
