Great Service! In my opinion Van is the best Nail Tech in Jackson! Shes very friendly, professional and does an amazing job! The new hire Jess did an awesome job as well! I highly recommend this nail salon.

Made an appointment three weeks ago for my daughter in laws birthday we get there we wait another half hour past our time we got a Pedicure and a full nail set three workers. I get stuck with the one that doesnt speak English and on her phone all the time her name is Jessie. She was horrible.
My granddaughters nails done. She is four the nails came off the first hour when we got home it was just nail polish..
I paid the bill. I thought it was awful and more. I got to thinking about it it was $30 to put nail polish on my granddaughters hands that didnt last an hour after we paid for it.
The owner Nikki told us they dont do refunds, and that we have to come back at another time because shes busy well let me tell you Nikki I made my appointment and you proceeded to take three other people in front of us after we made an appointment and they walked in the door This place has went downhill since you bought it and I will never go back there again and I will never ever recommend somebody to this place
