My wife is handicapped. We went in without an appointment. Our manicurist told my wife that she reminded her of her mother and did a wonderful job with a Manny and petty. Thank you. We will be back.

Emer pays attention to detail. My nails look so good. I tried a different, very popular place and Jackson Nails & Spa is head and shoulders over them. You don't get the feeling of being rushed through. Emer focuses on doing a great job. My nails are smooth, clean edges, no color left on my skin. Where the other place left my nails like they had a hump because they used too much products. The picture shows how nice they still look after 2 weeks.

This will always be my favorite place to get my nails done! My mom and I have been coming for years and Nathan, Emma, and the rest of the crew have always done a great job. I have gone other places before I started going here and they are by far the best nail salon Ive been to. Very kind people, and will give you their honest opinion if you ask what they think you should do with your nails.. lol!

Honestly, worst pedicure I've ever had. I finally convinced my mom to get her first pedi cause she has a scar on the sole of her foot that calluses and she thought nobody would want to deal with it. I understand the state of MI won't let them use metal implements anymore but Jesus, they really spent so little time doing any kind of scrubbing or filing. My feet aren't even that bad and they didn't really do a damn thing. Drive 40m to the Indiana border and let them break out the medieval torture devices on you, sheesh.

Dont waste your money. I never leave reviews but thought after my experience it was warranted. I had a gel manicure done here and it started chipping within days, I could completely pull it off in the shower after one week I tried to keep it on as long as I could. I have never had a gel manicure come off that quickly. When I called to explain that it was coming off after such a short period of time I was told to come in and they would fix it. I have never had such a poor customer experience. The owner is the worst, he rolled his eyes at me, was rude and one of his little minion workers laughed after he was so unempathetic. I know another individual who went here was told it would be one price but when was finished she was charged a higher price. When she explained that was not what she was told once again the man was very rude. If you want to be treated and respected as a customer go somewhere else. These people are pathetic.
