Only accurate way to rate a company like this.
Owner frequently will belittle workers and push production even when workers have not been properly trained on equipment. Very unclean which causes a lot of safety hazards such as slipping or failing off of the work station. Mistakes even small ones are used as leverage to hold your job over your head. Definitely wont recommend but nobody stays once they see the work conditions and treatment of staff and workers. I was hurt on site multiple times and was still pushed to do more while also training others and working with a hand injury.

Been working there for 7 years and I love it !!!! Timely raises and it was a dirty shop but over last 5 years it has really cleaned up !!! It's a different shop than it was 7 years ago and it's a lot better and cleaner since the owner step in 5 years ago !!! Wonderful place to work at and nice Christmas bonuses !!!!

They always try to get you into a dock right away unloaded quick and out of there as fast as they can. They're always real courteous, real nice, and its just always good customer service when you get in there with a load.
