I used to go here because it was close to work and convenient. Unfortunately, they don't keep up with maintenance I've been there dozens of times and the change machine is out of service. Half the washers and dryers are out of service. I starting going to sudz coin laundry on Michigan Ave. They have employees who keep the place clean and the machines running.
