Dr. Halsey has repeatedly failed to take ownership of issues of my treatment. Not discussing side effects of medications that severely impacted me. Having no interest in helping my neuropathic pain management when new meds don't work out - being told to wait until next appointment (they always schedule 4-5 months out) or being told to see my primary doctor who won't touch my diabetic care issues because they know I see an endocrinologist in the same network. Refusing to treat low testosterone, despite having nearly every symptom and labs to back it up, and then berating me when I went to another physician to have TRT prescribed. In addition to this, any time there are new meds or med changes, more often than not the scrips are not called in correctly or completely.
