        Joe Lange has not once contacted me when i had an issue or request. Completely sub par service, and minimal feedback on your claim. The rates are good for my bike, but i will warn to stear clear from him. What a joke

        Have been trying to get someones joe lange to help with my flood insurance policy for over a week. Have not received a single phone call back and when I call customer service, they cannot help me, only my agent can. I dont know what to do, I have called tons of customer service numbers with Allstate and no one is helping me or even returning my calls. All of this stress over something as simple as adding my wife to the policy. A real pain to deal with.
