Steve and Carol have great quality and attention to detail. I would highly recommend if you want the job done right. They wont cheap out on materials or workmanship. You wont be disappointed.

Made first contact in June and had great conversation and was told inside jobs wouldn't be considered until the weather turned. Reached out again at the end of September, got on the list as #11 and had Steve come do a site survey shortly there after. Reached back out via text a few weeks later about the estimate and was told he hadn't gotten to it as they were swamped. Reached out via text again a while later and was now #6 on the list, and asked about the estimate, but no direct response to the question. Texted again today and was told again they were very busy. Asked for a call to sort things out and on that call was told by Steve that he doesn't do estimates until you are #2 on the list, this was the first time I had been told this as the questions about the estimate were avoided. I stated that if this was normal it should have been stated in June, or even September, we could have avoided so much list time. I was then told that because I was agitated that I should go with someone else. When I said I had invested so much time I wasn't looking to do that. Steve then said because I called him a liar he was dropping my project. So if you are going to consider Kwaske make sure you fully understand their approach and hopefully they will tell you all of that upfront and not months into it like happened with me.
UPDATE: As no option to reply to the owners comment, I am posting my response this way. Bottom line is Steve didn't do what he said he would do in terms of providing an estimate, ever. The idea that you don't receive an estimate until you are the next project in the queue to be started is baffling and was never stated as their standard approach. My opinion and recommendation has not changed and as such I would never do business with a deceitful and evasive business as this. Use Kwaske at your own risk.
