Employee review. In the short time I've been working for this company they have blown my mind. This company truly cares about the well-being and happiness of its clients as well as it's employees. Before working for Our Family Friend,I had very little faith in the HomeCare field overall, I never knew there were companies that genuinely took the time to ensure the comfort and security of clients and as a caregiver, that is what is most important to me over everything. I feel heard and respected as an employee and I'm left without worry for any client getting care through this company. Every staff member I have spoken to has been kind to me & has made sure I was well accommodated. The company also has excellent standards for their caregivers. The other caregivers I've met since working for this company have been lovely and it's beautiful to see caregivers who join this field for the right reasons. This is by far the best company I've worked for and I wish there were more companies like this one!

Hello I would like to share my familys experience with family and friends my grandson was diagnosed with autism and our family was in need of assistanc, family and friends provided and still supports us 100% with caregivers that are very professional and attentive. Autism can be very challenging and with out the support of family and friends myself as a grandparent and my daughter would have a hard time moving forward, again thanks for all you do. We called Our Family Friend when my 86 y/o mother had a health scare. She went from living independently, driving herself and walking 2 miles a day, to needing help. She had been at my home for several weeks, but wanted to get back to her home. They were able to provide just what she needed and it gave us the peace of mind for her to be able to return to her own home. They provided more support initially, which included helping her in the mornings as she started her day. As she improved, but was not yet able to return to driving herself, they helped with errands and appointments. As she was able to do more, she found it helpful to have someone there to help her with cleaning and organizing. The services provided have continued to change based on her needs and abilities. She has loved getting to know the caregivers who have been assigned to her. We are very thankful for all they do.

Working with Our Family Friends was a very meaningful and pleasant experience. Even though the main office was far away out in Jackson, the administration team always offered assistance and answered my questions in a timely manner. My only regret was not be able to thanks everyone at the main office before leaving the position. Special thanks to the owner, Dee, who cares the caregivers just as much as cares for the clients. Another special shout out for my direct care manager, Alix, who worked with my special requests and always being very kind and patient. Even though I was giving care and service, I actually received so much support and encouragement from the team and clients. The work experience at Our Family Friends will always have a special spot in my heart.
