        I moved to Jackson In October of 2023 and bought a house on Union. This store is absolutely my most favorite thing I see on my daily commutes to and from work. You can tell by the look of the store they take VERY good care of it and your reviews just solidify my assumptions!

        Be aware of "Amanda". My experience with her was horrible She was so arrogant to me and thought it was beneath her to inquire about specific flowers in a bouquet. It resulted in me choosing a different florist. Spent most of the conversation talking about how talented she was with flowers. I've used various florists many times that have outstanding designs, that were courteous, respectful, and "very customer focused", Amanda did not exhibit any of those professional characteristics.

      Thank you so much for your 5-star review. We work really hard to keep the store looking fabulous and we are glad it shows. We are a hidden treasure in Jackson because we have been here 158 years and not everyone knows we are here. Keep coming in because we are always adding to the Greenhouse and Shop to keep it looking new. You don't have to need anything to come in, we enjoy lookers too. See you soon !!

      I am so sorry about your bad experience with Amanda. She is one of my best designers, but she does have her moments, and that is why she is in the back designing. There is no excuse for her bad attitude, but may I explain. I am the owner and I have been off for the last 2 weeks and it has put an enormous pressure on my staff. This is their first Christmas and without me they are very stressed out, but that is no excuse for her actions. My name is Chris and if you ever need anything again that Browns can do for you call and ask for me. I am at work 90% of the time but the Covid19 got me and then it went to pneumonia so I could not be at work. Please accept my apology for her bad behavior, I know there is no excuse, but just remember she is only 1 of my 5 employees. Sincerely, Chris@Browns Amanda has gone to another job. 1/12/24
