Hammond Propane

Our facility was having serious problems with our old propane supplier. We had both a quality issue with the propane and the condition of the propane tanks. We changed when Hammond propane came knocking on our door and have not regretted our decision. Their product has CGX4 in it and has helped keep our carburetors clean. The other propane supplier left us with like molasses in our carburetors that needed constant cleaning. Our machines are running great and the propane cylinders are in top condition. Im glad we changed because it has made my job easier. I also like their customer service and support. They are a smaller local company with people who actually care about their customers.

Update: I spoke with Tom and everything has been corrected. If it wasn't for Tom, I would be finding a new propane company. Hopefully there are no issues in the future. Billing department is extremely rude. Our tank was leaking and we were informed we would be receiving a new tank free of charge as well as a credit because the previous fill was WAY over the amount our tank could hold. I called today after receiving a bill for the "free" tank and when I called billing the woman was very rude and told me to "calm down, we have fixed all your issues" yet still expected a payment.
