This place has extremely gone down hill in the last year. Rude employee's, and a very dirty store with stuff always laying in the isles..its a shame it's on such a pretty and popular street in our city..everytime I drive by it now there is garbage always littered on the side of the building..hopefully summit township will get involved ..looking at the reviews it looks like I'm not the only one noticing the difference...I drive 2 more miles now and just go to polly's were employee's and store are on par for excellence ...

I usually love this store but the last few mornings I have been there AFTER 8 am when they are supposed to open, they have not been open. Cars waiting in the parking lot and then leaving. It only happens when one certain employee works first shift.

I've shopped here since it opened. Always had a fantastic experience, great staff with some great deals. Sadly I'm not going to go there any longer until something is done with Jessica. She's extremely rude, was downright nasty to my special needs child, and is not a good representative for the brand. I'll be taking my issues to corporate regarding her attitude. Not something I normally do, but it was THAT bad.
