        I had an encounter today with the "manager" of this location.  this encounter was in regards to a complaint about service.  The "manager" was completely dismissive and talked over me, refusing to act professionally and at least hear my complaint out.  As a business owner of two service type industries, I would never in my wildest dreams treat a customer the way I was treated this morning.  he refused to hear my complaint, told me he had right to refuse service (which he does), but to yell, belittle humiliate and threaten...that was beyond unqualified for a managerial position.  I have filed complaints with BBB, Shell corporation and Walter's Petroleum (local corporate office), and at  this point while I will never spend another dollar at this business, and am speaking with attorney.
