        Been coming to this establishment since the day the doors opened ordering a large caramel mocha frappe but today they want to play word games and say they don't make a caramel mocha frappe what a bunch of clowns... I really don't care what you actually call it that's what I've been ordering since the day I've been coming there... You just lost a loyal customer I'll go somewhere else.

        Biggby on Parnell is amazingly quick and efficient getting orders complete. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Store is always clean and inviting. Kid-friendliness: I take my 4 year old grandbaby with me. She just loves watching her magic milk being made. She also loves talking with the baristas.
