Who appoints these attorneys who are accountable to no one but themselves?? Good luck getting a call back from their office even if youre a victim of a violent crime. This office needs to start upholding Michigans victims rights laws for EVERY CASE. Roberta Balon Vaughn is next to incompetent and proved with my case that she has no business in this community practicing her version of law. She refused to communicate and chose not to follow through with the requirements of her job. By her actions and demeanor, one must seriously wonder if shes working as a prosecutor or a defense attorney for the scumbags she *should be prosecuting. ***Offering plea deals without consulting the victims, to avoid charges for violent crimes is not only unlawful in Michigan but also the exact opposite this office claims its mission is. Truly pathetic
