Malibu Tan

I used to love coming here have been a loyal customer around 10 years. I always get the yearly membership but this time i was told i had to drive to Chelsea in order to do it. I pay for a monthly membership now that is more than what i was told it was going to be. Then half the time the store is closed. So im paying for a membership I cant even use. Then not to mention the bulbs in half the beds dont work and when you tell a employee they dont care even tho you are paying more to upgrade your bed. This is a joke and would be nice to get ahold of a owner and have these issues resolved.

Ive been with the Jackson store for several years. It used to be really nice but it really gone downhill over the last three or four years as to the point that at any given time you can go there and the doors are locked. No sign on the door they just arent open. You call another location and they have no idea what is going on at the Jackson office. I pay for a monthly service and I expect to be able to go there during their normal business hours that they state.

The Spa services are amazing, especially after a rough week it feels amazing!! Only place I'll tan at. The Best Tanning Salon Ever. Super friendly and fun atmosphere to be in after a stressful day

This is the second time I have driven across town only to find that their doors are locked and they are supposed to be open for business. Very disappointing. A waste of my time and my gas.
