My four year old son got his hair cut here today. And its supposed to be a good time. His hair dresser wouldnt even speak to him the WHOLE TIME and was rude when she did . We even asked her to spike his hair because thats what my son wanted and she told us no Im not doing that will never take my son here again . For a hair dresser to be rude to a toddler and ruin his hair cut experience is not something I want him to be apart of it broke his heart . Service: Kids' cuts

I used to get my hair cut here all the time, but i found a new barber closer to home and hadn't been here in probably a year. When my barber was unexpectedly closed one Saturday, I went back to this place for a simple cut and it has gone way down hill since I was last there. The lady that did my cut seemed in a rush, even though there were zero waiters, she was really rough with the clippers, appeared to be more concerned with how her own hair looked, and just did a poor job. The shop itself is poorly kept these days, a couple of the stations were completely empty which i took as a sign that it's not a desirable place to be. The chairs appear to be in disrepair(missing foot pads, broken casters, torn upholstery), and the staff seems to just not care(this was indicated by 2 of them walking in way past their opening time). Overall, I would rather try cutting my own hair with a dull pair of scissors than return to the Coachlight Barber Lounge. Service: Haircut
