I know theres a saying that theres no such thing as an honest mechanic well Im here to tell you there is. I never thought in my life i would receive such honest and above and beyond service like I have from Trudells Auto Services. I originally went to my car dealership to get my car checked out and was getting charged a ridiculous amount. I was recommended to go to Trudells by a friend and Im so happy I did. I saved over $1,000 going to Trudells. Trudells prices are very reasonable and he explained everything to me. As a woman I typically dont like dealing with Auto shops just because i dont feel respected but Andy and his team made me feel beyond respected. I truly felt cared for. Not only did they come and pick up my car from me but was beyond accommodating. They had to keep my car a little longer than expected. I ran into a conflict and needed to go to a board meeting that night. Andy the Owner is heaven sent and let me borrow a car so i could get to my meeting. Honest mechanics and body shops exist and Trudells is the real deal. He earned a forever customer out of me. If you want exceptional customer service and a high quality service without getting ripped off go to Trudells. Hands down the best auto shop Ive ever been to.
