Have driven my car for a couple of days and have noticed no problems! I am very impressed with their professionalism and willingness to work with me on price. If you take your car anywhere other than Tuffys, youre doing it wrong.

Our wheel started to make a horrible noise on the highway on our drive back to Chicago, so we turned to Google to see if there was an auto shop nearby who could make sure everything was safe before we continued our drive. Called Tuffy and they were immediately willing to squeeze us in and check things out. Most likely culprit was a rock from the road, but nothing needing immediate attention. They topped up our tire pressure and sent us on our way with a smile, free of charge. Thanks Tuffy Team!

This is my first google review but it was necessary for sure. I took an Audi A3 in for a pre Purchase inspection. The guys there found all the issues wrong with it within minutes and advised me not to purchase. Very knowledgeable, polite, friendly. If you're from Jackson and looking for a new vehicle for sure take it to these guys for inspection. Service: Vehicle Inspection
