Quality customer service. Quality product. We have used this company on all our flooring needs. Highly recommend. Installers are very professional and take the time needed to make everything look beautiful.

I would not use them or recommend them. We started off going through them with our general contractor. After deciding to not use our general contractor (he was over priced and very shady when asked about itemized prices for specific projects), we decided to go back to them for itemized prices. The lady at the store said she absolutely would get back to us and price things out individually (flooring, backsplash, etc...). She never got back to us. I stopped by the store (to return samples) and talked to the owner. He promised it would not be a problem that we were not using our original general contractor and that he would give us itemized prices. After two weeks, we didnt hear anything so I called again. The lady at the front desk said she would give him the message and promised we would hear from him by the next day. It is now two weeks later and we have heard nothing. This was a 20,000 job and we couldnt even get a phone call returned. Very disappointed as we wanted to stay local. However, we found the materials much cheaper online.
