Called one week ago for quotes on 2 vehicle's plus renters insurance. I was told a quote would be sent to me within 3 day's and I was completely ignored, no call backs or email replies. I guess they don't need the business. We are very disappointed with this service and that is why they will get 1 star.

I want to take the time to express how wonderful Amanda was thru my insurance claim. To say she guided thru the experience would be an understatement. She took time to follow up, addressed issues and focused on my concerns and needs. The Richmond Agency is lucky to have her! So, anyone looking for an Insurance Agent, ask for Amanda! Richmond is the best place to go when looking for a policy. If you want something that is reasonable I highly recommend! I had the best experience with Andrew Blackgrove. He was patient and made sure to find the best policy he could find for me that was within my price range. I went through him for my business insurance and now car insurance. Hes great!
