As a vendor I must strongly disagree with the first reviewer of this business, Tina H. Talking to Joe (the owner) on a regular basis , I find it incredible that someone would say that he is rude. Joe is very soft spoken and if he was talking to someone in the store and you inserted yourself into the conversation, you were standing too close to them and just plain snooping. As for the issue of "the owner not honoring a non-compete clause", I am glad he doesn't as it would make the vendors lazy and cause them to lose their creativity, knowing that they could just present whatever and people would have no other choices. Having competitors brings out the creativity, you either bring your "A" game or you don't make money, simple as that. As for the store, Joe does not charge you commission on the items you sell, some of the stores in the Alma, Ithaca and St. Louis area charge up to 25% commission or upwards of $80.00 a month, Joe charges a very reasonable amount a month to display your items. Joe makes a ton of custom laser engraved products, I have lasers but I won't even try to compete with him, he is at the masters level of engraving and has the equipment to back him up, which brings customers into the store. Since his sales counter is at the back of the store, the customers are walking through all the stuff the vendors have on display. I am totally satisfied with this business and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Creative Moments is such a beautiful store. Their dedication to local artists and the community is amazing and apparent.

Owner is incredibly rude!! The worker and him were talking out in the open on the sales floor so I joined in. He told the worker oh my gosh can you believe she is actually listening to our conversation??!! Plus many vendors sell the same items tons of like the decorated Tumblers and crocheted items and candles. due to the owner not honoring a non compete clause.

Amazing little store full of all different types of works by local artists. Quite the variety of goods as well, varying from candles, stones, wood carvings, paintings, all the way to prom dresses, crochet stuffies, jewelry, and so much more. This is seriously the best way to support your local artists!
