I retained Kathryn as my lawyer for a custody case in 2020, however due to personal reasons I didn't need her services until 2022, and I felt nothing but heard and supported throughout all of our conversations. She represented me thoroughly and I always felt she was there when I needed her. As well as her assistant Courtney! I highly highly recommend her law office!

I can't give her a zero, so I give her a 1. She failed to Subpoena evidence as well as file motions on my behalf. She goes out of her way to try and make you look bad in court if you stand your ground. She has talks with people at the courthouse about your case without you present implying she is involved in impropriety with the Ithaca court system. I had to record our conversations due to her lying. She is smug and condescending and basically gaslight me through 3 whole ten minute conversations we had. I will be filling a grievance against her office.
