I have been a customer for about two years. This store seems to go through employees. Over the two years they all have been friendly, helpful and always had what I needed. Until recentlythe current older lady is unfriendly, confused, and seems unable to keep product in stock. Each time she has to pull out a pencil and paper and calculator to write down the cost and add it on the paper. I dont understand how after two years my order cannot be rung through the register. And why she cannot seem to keep my brand of cigarettes in stock. Hopefully she will not last long, like all the other employees, but as long as she is there, I will find a new smoke shop to spend my money at.

The first tabacco place Ive ever been too where they didnt allow me to purchase glass at 18+. Apparently every other place understands the rules and regulations except this old guy who was running it. Unbelievable.
