Little Caesars Pizza

Very polite but seemed to be struggling to get the orders made. We didn't get the right pizza's.

5:00 pm 31DEC2021, Those young people were all extremely busy! Yet were polite even when people were being impatient with them. Extra shout out to the young man taking the orders, stayed focused and kept his coworkers engaged, and got the job done! Very good team and service! Pizza was great!

When I went in no one had gloves on while dealing with the pizza. The girl took someones order then went back and was making food without washing her hands.

Placed our order, told us it would be 10 mins. 50 mins later for 3 pizzas The young employees were laughing and didnt really know why everyone was getting upset. But hey thankx for the free breadsticks

1.5/5 stars I've ordered food from this location three times, and only once has it gone well. First time (3/20/21): I ordered some cheesy bread and M&M cookie dough brownie bars. When I went to pick up my order they said they were out of the M&M ones so they just handed me the Twix cookie dough brownies without asking if I wanted it refunded or replaced. Would have rather saved the money at that point, but right after handing it to me the person walked away. Second time (3/29/21): I got some Little Caesers' coupons from a friend and decided that, despite the first experience, I'd try again. This time everything worked- got exactly what I ordered, no issues. Third time (4/26/21): I placed a mobile order for pick up, and right after placing it I immediately realized I had made a mistake, so I called the location. No answer. Called again. No answer. I called a total of 5-6 times with no answer. On the last try I got a robotic voce at the other end saying that if I was having trouble reaching this number, to call customer service and it gave me an extension. I called and it said the phone number/extension was invalid. Tried again. Invalid. Tried calling normally two more times. The second time it repeated the extension, so I tried it again. Invalid. I spent nearly 40 minutes just trying to call this place and never once did anyone pick up and I wasn't given the option to leave a voice mail. Overall, I love Little Caesers Pizza but I CANNOT recommend this location. I won't be ordering from here again unless there is significant improvement.
