Updating my review. Came through the drive through today and realized they forgot my burger, drove back through and they gave me probably the best burger I've ever had there. Thanks guys! I appreciate you!

My fianc and I stopped here to get lunch. While ordering through drive thru, the person taking orders was terribly impatient. After my fianc had just let the man know that she had a coupon for a bogo shake or mcflurry, he asked if that was all. And then continued to ask that multiple times until she asked him to give us a minute. Like seriously? NO THAT IS CLEARLY NOT ALL. He continued to ask this throughout the rest of our ordering process. We felt beyond rushed and because of this we forgot to order an item Andy fianc forgot to ask for a straw. Not happy with the experience.

Customer Service was rude!! I ordered through the drive through, & I felt very rushed and like my questions were annoying to the worker. I went inside to return my meal, because the food was very sloppily made and my order was not correct. The workers were too busy caring about the drive through that they were being completely dismissive toward the people that came inside! The woman who gave me my money back was very rude and gave me anxiety, her name tag read Jamie. I wont be going back to this place. Ill stick with subway down the road!

Medium and large fries weren't even filled nor spilled in our bags. For the cost of them they should be full. I had a lot of cars behind me and didn't get to see the lack of fries until I got home. Or I would have walked back in in have them correct it.
