        This review is for Presque Isle Campground Memorial Weekend 2022. Tented at site P141--were warned about bears roaming recently upon check-in. The campground is nice, quiet with big sites and lots of trees (be aware of the generator allowed sites vs not). It is WAY NICER than the main campground, Union Bay, which is 45 minutes away. Spend the day walking the whole Presque Isle River and waterfalls, lots of freaking stairs but worth it. ***If the dirt looks like it rained overnight and it didn't, it's no-see-ums, so beware if you're prone to bug bites*** (Photos are of the site and the view from the site.) Restrooms: Vault toilets.
