        Used there service for many years. This year has gotten ridiculous. Every order was short, we were washing our own to try to keep rooms clean. Product that did come was stained, ripped, etc. Bills are higher than they have ever been, and we have yet to get refunded for all of our shorted orders. Tried calling manager and they just keep pushing me off to someone else.

        We have been along time account with them, and since Sept. have not been getting our orders always shorted, over 302 towels dirty stained, ripped . It seems they took on more accounts before buying more inventory and the resorts and motels suffer. Products go to the new hospital accounts. They keep stating NO WORKERS, well then maybe the managers need to start doing laundry! We will be looking for a new supplier for our resort . This is ridiculas.

        We never have any issues at our business. If a rug shows up and happens to have a bit of smell, we are able to call them, and they bring a new rug over as soon as possible. Great service!
