My first hunt , and for me at 63 years old , and not that mobile, This was perfect. Great service , Great food , and Great place to stay . I had a Great time . We also had 2 other people from Canada who were a perfect match for our group. I sat in a stand , and my boys walked the area hunting . We all shot very nice Hogs , and enjoyed our hunting experience at Dave's .

Food and hospitality is good. Prices go up for size but they didn't say that until we get there, but the other reviews are on par. Great meals prepared, but you pick an animal out and walk up to it and can shoot it from 5 feet. No chase at all. Wanted a ram and there was only 2 there. And the whole family dining thing and not being told about it from the beginning was weird and then we found out we had another party staying in the cabin with us and also not informed until we got there. It was an ok experience.

Hunted at David's hog wild, on a January weekend with my nephew and daughter, had a Great time, lodging and home cooked meals are first class, big house with 2 big bathrooms/ showers, many bedrooms, very comfortable. Food was fantastic. Hog hunting is on the easy side, but qaulity and qauntity of animals is very good. The price does go up for the really big hogs, but the average shooter hogs are in the 200-250lb range. They have black, brown, blonde and red hogs, Great selection. David, Crystal, and TJ are a blast to be around. Tj our guide did an awesome job taking us out and after we got our hogs, skinning and getting the meat cooled down ,ready to transport home, we made Prior arrangements with a local meat processing place in our home area. Cost for that was very reasonable. I have hunted a few other game farms over the years, and although they may have been more challenging, they did not have the qaulity and size of Hogs, that David's does. We booked for next year already and have a larger group going next time. It's a great place to have a Fun filled, relaxing weekend and take home some pork and a nice animal to the taxidermist, head mount, rug or hide tanned. Davids has Very reasonable prices compared to others.

Like hunting a petting zoo. Bring extra cash no card. Prices increase when you get up there. Pick out a meat processor before you go. 3/5 stars.
