This was not the first time this has happened to me here. I order, my order is accepted, my money taken, and the expectation that my delivery will be made gets set however I find out that they don't have the capacity to process my order so I will receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days. It is unacceptable that my money can be taken for a product that isn't available and then can not be returned immediately or given any options to me so that I can provide my loved ones with what I have technically already paid for. I don't understand how money can be taken for something unavailable. Some people do not have the money to drop another $115 for a second order waiting for the original money to be returned. At least this time it is for Valentine's Day and not a funeral like it was last time. These are serious occasions that these services are provided for during very emotional times and this company is supposed to provide comfort and happiness but ends up making things exponentially worse by not following through on expectations set by its own actions. I write this in hopes that this company will provide more honest service in the future however I will personally never seek them out them out again regardless.
