My hot water tank went out the other day and Tony wasn't sure if he'd be able to send someone out until the following day but said he'd let me know once he checked the day's schedule. Dawn, the office receptionist, called me back within a few hours that they'd be sending out someone "now", if I was still available. John and TJ the installers were very professional, knowlegeable, and courteous. They were fast, efficient and left everything clean when they left too. Tony's always gives a good fair price and provides EXELLENT SERVICE. I've been dealing with Tony's for 24 years and everyone of his staff from the office staff, Dawn (both of them) to his guys (Evan, does the routine maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner) I've dealt with are the best and I'd highly recommend them ALL! I give you MORE THAN 5 STARS! Just a side note, I called a plumber I've dealt with for many years and the earliest he said he could come out was 2 or 3 days later and he was priced higher too. Could not be happier with the service from Tony's Heating and Cooling. Called and made an appointment, they came out as promised and did a great job installing the hot water heater I purchaced. Job was done professionally and left no mess behind.Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Chris B the Tech did an outstanding job. When hes been to our home you can tell he has outstanding skills & great customer service. This was our Annual Furnace, Hot water tank & Humidifier Cleaning maintenance. Replace maintenance furnace filter & humidifier pad

Fantastic service. On time polite. Cleanliness and honesty is the main reason. Not pushing something you dont need. They follow the old way of of doing things. Like a handshake of yesteryear. Treating people like they were family . I wish all the other business would follow there way of doing business HONESTLY. A company my wife can trust if the time comes for me,
