        I'm not real happy with Boost Mobile as a whole franchise, but these young people at the Ionia store are Top Notch. If you're doing business with this store you are being served by employees that know REAL customer service. EDIT 7/5/23: I returned to Ionia Boost Mobile today. Twice. Clerk was working alone and doing a great job. New phone was confusing but got educated in short time. I'm satisfied with my purchase. I appreciate the customer service.
