        We've been doing business with H&H metals for many many years. Today we rented a stake truck to clear out a whole bunch of scrap. Was told for last load that we needed to be there by 4:15. my guys loaded this last load in the wet snow and made the trip there. They literally closed the gates as they were in the turn around to come in at exactly 4:15. This was a huge day for us to get this handled with a rented truck. Now the scrap load is coming back here to be unloaded back in my lot in the snow. I called multiple times and no answer even though hours state open til 5pm. This was unacceptable and I'm 100% sure it was intentional. I will expect a call on Monday by a manager and hopefully they can make this right and I can take this post down to replace with a more positive one. I'd put my contact information in here publicly but they know who to call.
