        I needed to pick up some plumbing parts for a job I was doing. The slim older guy claimed he did not have any of the plumbing supplies/parts I needed. To make matters worse, his customer service was drier than a rice cake.

      Unfortunately if we don't carry a part there is nothing we can do. We can only carry so many parts.
