        Infested with roaches and bed bug

        Asked for my toilet to be fixed never got done mattress had bed bug stains air conditioner barely worked. Management is very unprofessional. They threw all of a friend's stuff out after manager on duty said it was okay to come later and get it. No communication between staff. Jessie is the absolute best.
